- Subject
- Event title. Required.
- Start Date
- Any format: 2026-09-01, 9/1/2026, 01.09.2026, Sep 1 2026. Required.
- Start Time
- 9:00, 09:00, 9:00 AM, 14h30. Leave blank for an all-day event.
- End Date
- Optional. Defaults to the start date.
- End Time
- Optional. Defaults to start time + 60 minutes (adjustable).
- All Day Event
- TRUE / FALSE. Optional — a row with no time is all-day anyway.
- Location
- Optional. Room, address, venue, or a video-call link.
- Description
- Optional. Notes shown inside the event.
- URL
- Optional. A link attached to the event.
Recurring events, attendees, and reminders aren't supported — add those in your calendar app after importing. Times are written to the .ics in the timezone you pick in the converter, so an event at 9:00 in your sheet lands at 9:00 on every device.
