Terms of use
Koyomi is a free converter that turns a spreadsheet of events into a calendar file, published by I4C Studio. Last updated . By using the site you agree to these terms.
The service
Koyomi is free and needs no account. It runs in your browser, on your device. The studio may change, pause or retire the tool or any part of it at any time, and does not promise that it will always be available.
Your files
Your spreadsheets and the event details in them are processed on your device and are not uploaded, so the studio never holds a copy and claims no rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to use and convert what you load. Koyomi produces a file for you to import. It does not connect to your calendar account, does not ask for calendar permissions, and cannot edit events after you import them.
Acceptable use
- Use the site lawfully and only with content you own or are permitted to use.
- Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests or interfere with other visitors.
- Do not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own. Linking to it and quoting the guides with attribution is welcome.
Advertising and privacy
The site shows ads through Google AdSense, which is what keeps it free. What is collected, by whom and how to opt out is described on the privacy page.
No warranty
Koyomi is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. The studio works to keep the output correct but does not guarantee that a conversion will succeed or that the result will suit a particular device or app. Keep your original files. To the extent the law allows, I4C Studio is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the tool or reliance on its guides.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the tool changes, and the date above will change with them. The studio-wide terms are at i4c.studio/en/terms. Questions go through the contact page.
